Yes, but sadly we were really put off by the trek.
I had to argue with the guide 10 minutes into a 2 hour trek, one gelding was lame. I said something to the 1st guide, who spoke to the other guide and was told the horse was fine and would continue the trek. OMG I argued with them until by then, this poor thing couldn't put down its off hind at all. Thank god they got so sick of me they took him back......
Unfortunately these people are not educated like we are in welfare etc.
I was in Costa Rica for a month last year, we spent the whole time down south in the Osa peninsula. We saw so much wildlife but the highlight was seeing a tapir on the beach.
