Hi everyone,
I had a very interesting conversation with a lady today who told me she uses Bach Flower Remedies when youngsters get upset when travelling with great success.
Apparently she uses a spray form inexpensively available at Boots.
I Googled this product and noticed it also mentioned it could be used at our favourite time of the year (November 5th)to keep small pets and larger animals calm.
Has anyone any experiences of this
Chris

That must be the 'Rescue Remedy' spray, which you can also get in a dropper bottle. I have found this invaluable when horses have been moved to a new location or a new horse arrives! Just a couple of drops in the water or feed for as long as it is needed. I also take it myself - very good for stressful situations ! Terri |

Has anyone tried the Forest Farmaceuticals stuff? I saw them for the first time today, they appear to be based on Bach Flower remedies, but they are said to be formulated specifically for horses AND riders (not sure if I would want to share the same dropper, even with Roupert!!!)

Superb stuff. My friend who is also a Bowen therapist, first introduced me to the flower rem's. I have used rescue remedy for years but she did me a 'grieving' remedy when I lost my ex-eventer in April for me and his stable mate, I was thrilled with it. I have alsways used a Homoeopathic calmer around Nov 5th but will be using a bach flower remedy this year. Leighx |

Just thought you might like to know Boots are currently selling both dropper and spray versions of Rescue Remedy on a buy two get one free basis, the lowest priced one being the free one. Hope that's of help.
Moderators please delete this if you consider it as advertising - I haven't got any Boots shares honest!

Rescue Remedy fanatic here! Have been using this for years now, non addictib#ve and does not interfere with any 'conventional' medication you might be taking
If you really want a very special present or feeling indulgent and want to treat yourself you can get a lovely wooden case with all the remedies in it and a recipe book as well, it was about £75 the last time I saw one for sale but given that each bottle lasts for ages (except the rescue remedy) its a bargain really |
