Anything that helps with stiffness and bruising? My mare came over backwards on top of me yesterday, I got trapped between thrashing horse and stable wall so a bit battered and very stiff, any miracles cures?

You poor thing, the only thing I can think of is arnica cream for the bruising. A good long hot soak in a bath may help the stiffness.
