My horse is my very best friend. Nothing in the world can separate us. When he dies I know he'll be waiting for me at the gate... just like always.

I think he's smashing - I really liked Dark Prince as well. Both will make top class riding horses i'm sure. |

I think we have all been drueling over him!! He is stunning and I too would have him in a hearbeat if I had the money. His brother Dark Prince was in a lineup beside me (he was placed higher!!) in the Summer and he is a beautiful horse.
Whoever gets this youngster is going to be VERY lucky! |

Just seen this , what a lovely suprise ! Thank you for all your very kind comments about Joe.
We've had a few enquiries already, so we'll just have to wait and see if the right person comes along, we never breed more than we can keep until they're four if neccessary, so we're in no rush.
If he was a filly he absolutely would not be for sale !

Yes Mandy he is very lovely and would be sooo tempted except for having one too many (don't tell Jaz I have considered trading him for a younger model ) but if I find a home for a certain boy then may just have to give you a call but I'm sure I'll be well down the queue and you'll be spoilt for choice for this special boy |

I have to say I don't visit Mandy nearly as much as I'd like to despite living a stones throw away as I just know I would have probs hiding him in my pocket, he really is very special, HMMM off to raid the piggy bank . I think the OH would actually leave if another horse appeared in the field LOL!!! |

Joe has a new home !
Well, he will have in December when he's ready to go, we have had a lots of interest from Scandanavia to Scotland, and all very nice people with lots of experience.
I am very pleased though that he will be staying in Wales and not very far away....

Joe is going to a very nice woman called Helen who lives on the Gower. She has a part bred who is now in his twenties and Joe will take over as all round riding horse and friend.
I'm looking forward to seeing him at some of the RAGW shows, as Helen is a member.
Many thanks to all the other people who contacted us

Mandy - enjoyed our gossip (as usual!) this afternoon & from what you've told me - Joe couldn't be going to a better home
I'm going to have to get my a**e in gear & come over the mountain to see him before he leaves you
