Does anyone know any info about these horses? They are the sire & dam of my new horse. Rio is unregistered but these are listed on his passport.
I've found this Ibn Sudan on Allbreeds but I don't know if it is the correct sire. The lady I bought him from said that the previous owner had said that Rio was mainly Egyptian.
I bought him because he was such a nice person - I didn't realise how nicely he is bred, there are some really good names on both sides of his pedigree.
I can only guess that whoever bred or bought him before he was registered didn't bother or wasn't a member of AHS so couldn't. The lady I bought him from didnt know, she also didn't update his passport when she bought him
I'm going to try and contact the person named as his owner in the passport and try and find out some more details about him when I have time to catch my breath LOL
Have replied to your post on main forum. I bred Ibn Sensation. He is by Ibn Sudan and out of Divine Sensation. Please email me as soon as possible. Many thanks.
Hi Lucy, Is he a 3year old and so is he the 2005 Gelding listed as Ibn Sensation, ???? and have also left you the Ansata link with a couple of his famous family, he lookes realy well bred, what a find..and what a good home you've got for him... Good Luck. Ask Bridie to check the Stud Book for him.. Sue
We had Sudan from Judi for the last 8 months of his life. He was a darling, quirky and fun - everyone here misses him a lot. He died aged 17 due to a heart failure
Small world Rio is definitely funny He is really calm about everything but hates it when we stop for a chat LOL There are a lot of horses and dog walkers about and so everyone knows he is the new boy and wants to say hello. He starts to piaffe gently, never pulls, but the front end gets higher and higher. When we walk off he has to stop and do a full body shake as if to get rid of the "fidgets" and he is back to being calm again
