I took my stallion to Logie training ride, prior to our next 30 miler) Wonderful Scottish estate, ancient and pretty 17 Centuary Scottish mansion/castle, all whitewashed high walls, and fairytale turrets. Grounds of manicured grass and colorful mature mixed hardwood forests, rythmic undulating going on good tracks, and farm fields, across fords, and decorative stone bridges. Sunshine, and happy riders with glossy cavorting horses...and somewhere in the breeze according to my stallion...a mare in season. I felt so much freedom, and my horse went so well...its the kind of feeling that keeps you on a high for days. I bet you ALL know exactly what I mean

Hi Karen,
That sounds so nice, cant wait to do some social rides with my four year old. Just started taking him out for hour long rides and think he may be ready for a short, slow social ride by August.
Hope you enjoy your next ride as much,
Michelle |
