Gerri, I don't know you either, but after reading your posts, my heart goes out to you.
I would second Pat's suggestion about looking for professional help - it should help you begin to deal with things, not numb them.
Hugs
Take care of yourself. Kelly |

Have spoken to Gerri tonight - she really does appreciate all your messages but can't say too much on here Gerri - please do as I suggested - before it makes you really ill. |

We understand that she cant say much but we are all thinking about her and her family......and wishing them happier times. Its a horrible feeling to be down......but that black cloud will go Im sure and she will be back on here joining in again soon (I hope).
We have missed you Gerri.....remember when the brown stuff hits the fan the best people are on AL, always guaranteed a hug and encouragement.

Gerri, I am so sorry you are having a bad time. I was so excited for you and your family's move to France, and I thought the reason you haven't been posting was that you were too busy enjoying yourself. I hope whatever is wrong will soon disappear so you can get back to your nomal, happy, enthusiastic self. Sending hugs!!

Thank you all so very much for your kind words and kind supportive thoughts and words, how can I ever thank you all, you will never know how your words and messages help, I cannot express what they have given me. Today I have been out again and hopefully have a back up plan, expensive financially but will certainly be worth a little piece of mind, and tomorrow morning we are sorting out plan A, please god by the end of this week we will know of the future. The positive side of all this is I am so lucky to have my two horses in the UK with two wonderful people without whose support I don;t know what I would have done, I can sleep at night in the knowledge they are loved and taken care of every bit as good as I would have cared for them, I just need to get this end sorted. My husband bless him feels so bad about all this and feels responsible but there was no way he could have known what would be revealed, he is a gentle man and takes people at face value and believes what he is told without question until proved otherwise, and he has to go to work knowing that I am so unhappy, but as I said before things could have been a lot Again thank you all soo much for giving me a good feeling |

Gerri, keep your chin up. I am so sorry that you are going through hell at the moment. 15 years ago my family and myself went through hell, that involved several moves, threats to our lifes, cost us everything financially and ended up at the Old Bailey (the people involoved got 7 and 10 years respectively). We came through it, but it has left its scars and even now we can still be jumpy. Lots of love Nicky |

Thank you so much all of you and yes you would love Milly if you met her, she is such a special little mare and almost human, she understands everything you say to her its amazing, although I talked to her all the time you can go into her stable with her food and ask her to wait a minute and she will and you can open her door and tell her to wait and she will stand at the door and not walk through until you say okay off you go, and if you say no, she stops what she is doing immediately, and she will put her head over your shoulder and pull you into her and nuzzle you as though you are her baby, mind you thats what she is |

Hi Gerri, Like others on AL, I only 'know' you from your posts, which I always enjoy reading and I've been wondering where you'd got too. Obviously just put it down to the upheaval of moving etc. but am horrified to hear now you've been having such a hellish time. I hope and pray things go your way and life improves for you - it's awful to think of you so hurt and low. Fingers crossed, hugs and positive vibes to you and yours and hopefully it'll all work out for you, whatever has gone on before. |
