Well with all the horror loan stories thought i'd just share a good one just to prove there are some great loan homes out there if you can find them. Went to see my little Section A at his first show with his new loaner today. He is looking great and I couldn't have wished for a better home for him. They have had him two months now and are getting on really well. The family are all horsy, the grandparents own the farm and the little lad who is seven has two younger sisters of two and four. So fingers crossed if he doesn't do anything naughty hopefully i've found a real home for life for him. Here are some piccies of them today.
I may be a little biased but he is the cutest little pony in the world

He looks like a little gem!
Thank you for sharing a successful loan home - I loan a pony for my small person, he wants for nothing, I stay in regular contact with his real mum and she visits quite often - which i encourage because I want her to see how happy and well looked after her boy is!
Really pleased for you - and you must feel so much more at ease knowing he is loved and well cared for! |

Gosh Joanna_Piana, he is the double of our little lady, though she is only PB Section A. Meet Secret, my daughter's best friend in the whole wide world!!! Your fella is gorgeous and it's wonderful to hear he's got a fab loan home.

We don't know - her dam is Waxwing Minim and her sire was an old pony stallion called 'Fred'! He must have had a fair bit of Welshie in him too cos as you say, she does look full Sec A! It was just when I read this thread this morning, for a brief second I thought you'd posted pics of us from a show we were at on Saturday! Your fella just had the look of Seccie, especially with my bleary early morning eyes!! |

How lovely. I found a lovely loan home for my mare, who I then sold to the girl who loaned her, and still very happy. |
