Cacharel finally produced her foal last night, almost 2 weeks overdue.
He is a huge and absolutely strapping bright chesnut colt, with as far as Ol is concerned alarming amounts of chrome !
He is quite lovely and has a personality to match his proportions, he is also 99% Crabbet, I'll get photos up ASAP.

| Well done Mandy,We're still sleeping in the stable also 2& a bit weeks overdue!Still she has wax candles about 1" long now and the milk just pours out everytime she moves ,so hopefully might get to see my bed tonight at some point. |

Oh congratulations! A part of me will always wonder what might of been if i'd lived closer and had been able to get to Ari sooner. Maybe i should come and meet this little chap, he sounds so wonderful, and who wouldn't with parents like his!

Judith course you can " pop " down, though I suspect you'll want to see the safe arrival of Tessa's foal first, likewise I'd love to vist once Tessa has foaled as well.
We've called our new boy Joe as in Calzage, as hes such a bruiser !

Thanks Judith, the top one is Joe at less than an hour old, the others are at 2 days we'll be turning him out properly later rather than just in the school, so will try and get some action shots !
He now has to live up to his big brother Dark Prince, Lorraine (Lucytoo) took him to his first show yesterday he won his class and went on to become Reserve Champion Arab, he then won a large 2 yo Sports horse class, full of warmbloods and went on to become overall Reserve Champion Sports Horse !
