Hi all, i've just joined AL and was wondering if any of you lovely people may be able to help me please?
I have owned Oscar my 15.2 bright bay Arab (or Anglo Arab, breeding unknown) who has 2 white socks both on his off side since October 2005. I beleive he's around 10 years old but not sure of this either.
I brought him from a lady who had him as her dressage horse, she brought him around Spring 2004, but will not tell me what the dealer was called as she owns a riding school / dealers yard & doesnt want to give out her source despite Oscar not being in the riding school.
I have traced 2 people through adverts and forumns who were liveries at different yards (Chart Farm in Sevenoaks, Kent & the Chelsfield Area of Kent) in around 2001/02 with a lady called Sue / Suzanne who they both think owned Oscar and his Dam, a chesnut Arab called Jess. I have also traced a farrier who thinks he shod Oscar & Jess for this Sue... and he thinks Oscar may be nearer 15yrs old but who knows....he also told me that she told him she was moving from Kent to Oxfordshire (in about 2003/04) when he ceased to shoe for her.
I would dearly love to trace this lady to see if she was his old owner / breeder. I just would like to know a bit about his history to satisfy my curiosity really. I have been trying for over 2 years now with no success!
Please if you think you know of him, his dam or this Sue i would love to hear from you!  
EDITED TO SAY: I was told last night that this dealers yard may be run by a man called Mikey and is around the M25 area just past the M4 turning (if you are going anti-clockwise), not sure which town, does anyone know of it? They have all sorts of breeds not just arabs.

I dont have his paper's Pixie... if only!!  All i have is his passport, a very basic one which states nothing but the bare minimum, and was issued at his last home. His last home was the riding school owner who i've mentioned who wont give me the dealers details of where she got him from  |
