My OH has brought home a lovely piece of cod and I know fish is best microwaved. Trouble is I havent done it for years and my new microwave booklet doesnt have any recipes. I gave all my old ones away thinking I would never need them so now I am stuck - no idea of times etc and cant find anything on the net.
You could make a nice sauce , home made is best , cook the cod in the micro for a couple of minutes then pour the sauce over it and pop it back for a few mins more , smashing you could even top it with mashed potato and grated cheese and brown it off under the grill
