There is a stud called Bramins stud (search in google) that has a high % arab palomino stallion (I think he is about 95% or something like that) - I don't know if they have foals though. I think they might be quite small - I have only seen their website when browsing the internet, so I know nothing much else ;D |

They don't have a website. You could also look at the BPS website at the horses for sale.... |

Hi
I still have Shulay stud listed in my favourites, although they've dispersed theres a link to the stud that has most of their stock (think its in belgium tho?) I love looking at the sameon stud website, they have some gorgeous horses and that would be the first place I would contact if I was looking for another. Tylands, they do high percentage arab. Have a look at the British Palomino Society website, I'm sure they'll be able to help and they have a sales section too. Hope this helps |

Hi Sarah
She's Ishcol Charisse,I have her on permanent loan. She's 84% arab, home bred I believe, by Zacaria out of Folie Bergere. She's bred one lovely gelding by Grecian Idyll and myself and her owner hope to breed another from her in a few years time once she's finished competing. My dream is to have something like OAS Panache - I wish! |

Did she come from a short blonde woman who lived in Huish Champflower & bred German Shepherds? I went to look at a 6 month old filly by Zacaria for a friend over 10 yrs ago ( i think )! She was weaned & kept with a fell pony, when the lady brought her out of the stable to show my mate Rachel the filly took off ! The last we saw of it was it dissapearing down the field with its rope trailing behind it ! My mum then dragged me off to see some German Shepherd pups 18 months later & i thought i was having a deja vu , it was right out in the sticks but i`d been there before! And yes there was the very Araby 2 yr old Pally filly in the back field ! Unbelievable ! |

You never know Sarah!
I'll ask Charisse's owner, she bought her as a youngster (and she's 12 now!) |

Hi Sarah (and Amma
I beleive Zacaria only sired one palomino filly and that was Charisse. was he later castrated due to being badly kicked? i beleive it to be.
Charisse was a one off for her breeder and was totally spoilt so it very well could have been her who you saw disappearing! lOL
