I'm sure I'm OK posting because he is advertised on A/L's Check out Maartial he's gorgeous just lush !!! I saw him a few weeks ago and he has to be one of the most exotic geldings in the UK. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous - someone is going to have a dream horse - good luck !!

I must say I noticed him, and as you say he is just gorgeous! Why was he gelded? |

Personally - if i had a spare stable - i would be fancying HALLELUJA - I wonder why?
Whoever buys her will be getting a fantastic brodmare, with wonderful bloodlines (i would say that wouldn't I! -she is 3/4 sister to my Mare Havannah)
She looks a very good buy to me! |

Hi Delyth, thanks for your kind words about Maartial He'll just love been called a lush Tinks well, but not impressed with the winter nights, shes really stating to look pregnant now. Hi Jane, I;m just going to have to agree with you 100% lol Hi Cate, Maartial was gelded due to developing a nasty virus a couple off years ago which affected his fertility. Glad you like him. Lisa |

Hi
Ohhh! I wish I was in the UK, I would have both him and Khamahli (just my sort)sadly in France not alot of shows and unless good riding horses, not enough work for them. Always a drawback.

That mare is my dream!! Ever since i went to Lodge Farm years ago i have always wanted an 'A' family member and a 'H' family member. I have an 'A' in my stallion Al Galero but still desperate for the 'H', and i have to admit to always following the H mares and their offspring, such versatille breeding mares whose Spanish lines i think are just fantastic. Luckily my boy is a Maleik Grandson but to have a daughter too, wowee!!
Unfortuneately i finish my masters degree at the end of this year to qualify me as a Mctimoney Animal Manipulator so that means all my funds have gone to my tutition fees-talk about bad timing!! I will be insanely jealous of whoever gets her!

I'm sure a mare of Halleluja's quality will be snapped up by a discerning breeder - obviously I'm incredibly biased having had granny for 13 years before we lost her at 29. Even with all the fashionable breeding around the 'H' family is still producing some of the leading International winners - remarkable |

I see that Escarla has been sold? wonder who the lucky owner is !
Maartial is beautiful too !
Anyone know why all those lovely Hotspur stallions are up for sale? You could start a fabulous stud with some of the horses on offer at the moment .

I have to say if I had that elusive lottery win both Maartial, and Halleluja would be coming home to me. I was very intested in Maartial when he was a breeding stallion as Lisa knows, just such a huge shame that he had to be gelded. What a top class superb gelding he is though. As for Halleluja she's just ones of those mares i'd stick my deck chair outside her stable door/field and watch forever.
I have my fingers crossed for something special next year from Karazal, a Kazra dam line, but by Hejaz. She's in foal to Delyths stunning Ffatal Attraction and I am simply wishing my life away. Poor Kara is already fed up with me keep peering at her belly willing it to be a filly LOL

How I wish I had another 100 acres and 10 more stables (and a bank account that will stay in the "black"!!!) So many wonderful horses are out there to be loved, cherished and taken to their full potential.
But for the moment I will have to stick with the scruffy, happy horses that I have the pleasure of owning, and wish the sellers' good luck in finding the right home for these treasures and the new owner's of these beauties the best of luck with their future, and hope they will all reach their full potential.
