"Tan tans"
"Pumpkin" or "pudding" ( depending on the size he is after being in the field, lol)
I like calling Rossi "Rossi Roo" |

I thought we had some funny ones (Ermintrude, Dylan, Zebedee etc one summer) until Laura came back home. Since then, frankly, it's just silly!
Currently we have 3 yearling colts on the yard: Introducing Batman (V Bakir Kayal) and Rubin (V Zibag but WAY too posh to be just Robin), and Twinx (not v macho I know)
Others include: Wazzock, Kooks (koo-koo-ka-choo), Slob (Shah Shadow), WoolBear, Cybil, Mimi, Cici, Burglar (Hamra Ahlam...get it?!), Pingu (Ping Pong, Pingalini, Ping-a-Ling) and DiddyDaDa (who is on loan but since found out her mum calls her Dilly
And just sold Elly (as in Elephant as she was the biggest mare on the yard. MW hunter gets called FatboyFat. At one stage, with names shortened from the proper versions, we had:
Val, Tal, Al, Hal, Pal, and Cal
More generic verbal ticks are Baggage(for mares) and Dude (for geldings) and Spud for all...
And the dog is BD (Brown Dog) |

Stazi gets called mummys best boy when hes being sweet,Stazification when he being stroppy and mostly babe. Magnum gets called fudgecake when hes being cuddly mad bum when hes being stroppy and mostly gorgeous cos he is!

Mirabelle - aka Belle or Mabel when misbehaving, that stops her dead! (a chestnut mare)
Mia Valentina - aka Molly Dolly, occasionally Houdini!
Mistykh - aka William, because of the 'Just William' stories, not content unless he comes in with one sock down, shirt tails hanging out, bits of skin missing and half the field plastered in his mane!
Mitraz - aka Sexy Legs, got highest marks for legs at his first show!
Etelka - aka Button (being as bright as..) or Miss E (Missy).

Zebedee's owner sarah used to call him pickle, but as he need to lose a little weight I can't help but call him pork pie!!When he is beig green it is little man.
Dogs are;
Womble aka widdly womble (she used to wee with excitement when you would talk to her!)
Sheppi aka badger, or puppy/pup. She replies to puppy quicker than Sheppi but considering she is nearly 11 I must stop calling her that. |
