He is beautiful Honey, and I so understand why you love Arabs. Don't they take your breath away when they are "just" having a bit of fun. The trouble is, they are such timewasters - I would rather watch them play than do any housework!!!

thankyou, I don't think he would show though if i ever wanted him too, as hes got a very slight dish in the front left due to a very slight turn in his foot due to bad feet trimming for the first five years of his life. IF i trim his foot right back he comes straight or that slight its unnoticable. |

thanks i didn't expect such a response. anne i have to admit two of the pictures were cropped as slightly too much background. Deboniks hes 8 now and on 12th of december i have owned him for three years, does time fly. He has been adverised for loan on this site all summer but not great response but think if all goes to plan will be moving where we have a little bit of land behind the house so will stand him at stud for his first season next year. |

oh and forgot to add geena he, and our coloured half bred arab already have turned a cob owner round and one of his cob maes are due to foal next year to him and hes thinking of breeding another mare to him and if he likes what he gets he will put them to him instead of the cob he normally uses. |

I think the problem you have on loaning is that there are so few of them in Ireland, and people from the UK wont spent a couple of hundred quid and a day or 2 to view just for a loan.
He is lovely and I was looking for a loan / lease stallion this year, (having sold the one we had for 13 years a couple of years back,) to cover 6 mares owned by a group of us. It would have been a much easier arrangement than sending individually to stud, mares live together and don't get unsettled so usually get in foal easier.
Good luck keeping him, lets hope you do convert a few more people over there to Arabitis.

annetta hes crabbet, russian and then polish through bask. his sire is roscian who was by neposnij out of rosedew, and dam shades of argosy whose by magic argosy whose by argos, and out of shadow rose by bright shadow http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/rocians
pat We did find the problem with us being in n.ireland was the distance between the two, some wanted to just have him on loan but we said we would still like to visit premises ourselfs and wasn't just gonna let him be loaded onto a transporter. |
