Spent a wonderful sunny day at the GYS yesterday. Watched the ridden Irish Draughts, sport horses and working hunters, plus the in-hand Cleveland Bays and a bit of showjumping. As it seems to be one of the few good agricultural shows to date that hasn't been cancelled dut to the weather, isn't it a shame that the Arab classes have been withdrawn? There seems to be classes for everything else and a whole morning devoted to ridden coloureds of all shapes and sizes - but - alas - nothing for the Arabs...

I know what you mean, I really wanted to show in my local county show only to find they have stopped doing arab classes! Wish they would put them on again

Im just about to set of to the great yorkshire with the 14.2 show pony and the welsh section A. Were competing tomorrow morning nice and early lol!! Lets just hope the rain stays of!! :)
