Tahir - Where in Herts are you? E mail me if you don't want to say on the net. I'm in Hatfield I'd love to come and meet your horses, and I'm sure my daughters would too, thank you. Need some ideas for filling up the school summer hols!
saddlebred - No i won't be showing Indi this year. I've never done showing in my life, and I'm a bit worried that Indi would be too much of a handful for me at a showground! Its a shame my husband isn't horsey. I could have got him to do it! LOL. Indi has a really bad habit of airs above the ground. Looks a picture, but not a lot of fun when your on the end of the rope! I would love to see your pics and info, thank you |

Hi, Indi yes i do i have a sixteen year old pure bred gelding (Tariq). I also have an eleven year old pure bred mare (Savhanna) who is in foal to H Tobago thats Kate's stallion and i also own a pure bred filly (Falon) who was out of Tahirs stallion (carla) which she recently lost. Unfortunatly unlike you i am crap at remembering to take pic's also i have not got a clue how to put them on here. There is a pic of my filly on a previous post(may take filly to first show) There is also a pic of my gelding on another post but i cant remember which one but will let you know. Carla put them both up for me as i cant work it out lol |

natntaz... I don't know if its just me, but I can't find your pics. On the one where your gelding should be, it says "heres my gelding", or something, but theres no pic. Very strange... Anyway, its very easy to put pics on here. If I can do it anyone can! Just register an account with Photobucket. Upload your pics on to there, and then you just copy them, and paste them on to here
Your horses sound lovely by the way |

Love the look of your pony, i had a 11.2 sec a as a kid called storm, he was the cutest little thing ever but oh my as strong as a train and fast as a rocket, he would outpace the whole yard but oh boy i learnt so much from him, he was passed on to another family member and remained in the family until he was 28 when he passed away, id so love a bigger version of that plucky little pony though not sure re strength on a bigger version eeek |

Hi Indi, I'm fairly new too. There's some interesting topics, you'll get hooked. We used Rounhills stallions many years ago(over 30) when we lived in Oxford, Rounhills Band of Glory was one of them I've got some old pics somewhere, I'll scan and post them. Also had a T.B. x Welsh Sec C mare, She was grey but the sire palomino. She had 18 foals for us in her lifetime, never went to a palomino stallion, her matings were either to our arabs or thorpughbred. She had 3 palomino foals, greys, bays, a dun, and chestnuts. Colour genes can be so unpredictable eh! Welcome and enjoy. Sue and Laura. |
