Following on from the goji berries which rolled into the menopause and maca.
I did a search and read the old topic and wanted to ask if all you addicts are still finding maca successful. I have tried lots of concoctions for the menopause and everything works for a while then draws a blank. I have just ordered some but was curious if it works longterm??
I am determined not to go down the HRT route but at the moment feel absolutely cack!!!

Sandi - I'm a convert! Have been on it for quite a while now & I feel so much better - that "hot" feeling is no more I can't do HRT - & have tried other herbal remedies but never found anything really effective - but Maca really does suit me |

OK you guys . . . dish the dirt to the thicko!!!!! What is maca?
Where do I get it, what does it do, is it compatible or should I say comparable to G + T?

Judith, can you tell me what the difference is between yours and these, apart from strength?? I know you will have researched it thoroughly before you sent for them.

Hi Pat, I went off like a bull in a china shop and ordered mine and then found the maca site. Mine are only 500mg so I am going to giggle it around and ensure I am taking the doseage they recommend.

Thanks Judith but I had already ordered mine in haste before I saw the maca site. 180 x 500mg so will have to take a few more to get the quota but they were only £9.99. |

They arrived this morning and I took them immediately. Will let you know in a week if there is any difference. With a bit of luck the goji berries will absorb some of the rattle Judith :-) |
