Well he wasn't toooooo bad, at least he had the decency to come in with dried mud which my little gadget soon got rid of.
Cherie, I am very envious of Gill's land. The peat must be why her hay is the best I have ever found. Who else would be daft enough to drive from southern hampshire to Kent just to pick up hay!! Gill has said many times she wishes I was closer and I've said many times that if we move we will move to Kent.

It was pouring here yesterday, it never stopped.
Lyndsey and I were going to ride out, but it looks like a goer today.
Next time we have some nice sunshine, mine will, they are a bit itchy with casting their coats. Honique is very thoughtful, she would rather roll in her box. Taklimakan loves a roll, either in mud OR poo, hes very fond of both, well he would wouldnt he being grey!!, Ffashion ALWAYS rolls exactly were he has in the field, and Shanaara, well she rolls for england, she is my dirtiest of them all for that. Good Job shes black!! Boneeta just seems normal, sometimes does, sometimes doesnt.
I look forward to at least an hours brushing when they are un-rugged just to get them comfortable to have their nighties on!! LOL |

Hi Vera,
Yes you are right V, had a lot of bad personal problems last year, caught other half cheating on me, got made redundant, started an industrial tribunal against Northgate Plc for unfair dismissal that still hasn't come to court, found new job which I love but twice the distance to travel, Princess was away at stud (due to foal mid April), sold my 2yr old in case I had to move horses....etc.... So as you can imagine had a pretty sh*t time so did not really have energy to post on here. But now trying to make the effort again..Nice to think that you missed me :)))

Ahhh Mandy I'm really sorry I had no idea. Hope this year is much better for you starting with a nice payout for your unfair dismissal.
Are you going to any shows this year?

I want to go to some shows but it is awkward leaving the horses as I only have the other half to ask about looking after them... Depending on what the foal turns out like I may enter the mare & foal for Malvern. To be honest I haven't really thought that far ahead! Let's just say that this year can't be any worse than last year, well I bloody well hope not!:)
