Hi all,
I am looking for info/photos of this mare by Donax ex Mitsita/Silver Scenario.
The information I have been able to find suggests that she was a twin? In any case, it looks as if she was born the same year (1986) as her full brother Najur. Or perhaps there is an error somewhere?
I am also searching for photos of her grandsire Ludrex (Ludo x Sirikit) and granddam Dargemet (Dargee x Bint Yasimet).

I thought it was probably a misprint somewhere - I found the erroneous info at http://www.arabhorsesoc-uk.com/html/studguide.html. It lists her as being from 1986.
I have the feeling that I've come upon her before but can't seem to find any photos of her anywhere. Did she win any prizes, brood mare awards, etc.?

I saw in an AHS News mag that Krishenda was Champion at the Royal Show in 86 - does anyone have any photos from that event? Zircon Nazeer, also by Donax was male champion and Krishenda was female champion - quite a feat for Donax!

| Hi Anne & Pauline, Does anyone know the Stud name for Mrs Blyth, I've got most of the older AHS mags, will check the stud pages, if anyone can give me the breeders/owners Stud name...They might have included her winning photo in their stud spread in AHS the next year....or so. Anne are these the years/ones you've just bought off me...Sue |

Hi Sue,
There is a short mention in no. 67 of Krishenda winning - it is mentioned in the stud ad for Zircon Arabians who apparently stand Donax at stud. I have no 66 - 67 - and 69, 70, etc. but not 68. There might be a show report in no 68 - if you would take a look, I'd be grateful. I couldn't find anything in the others.

Hi Anne, Found nothing about the Royal Show in No.68,although Zircon Stud had a repeat of their add, same as in No.67. Did you think about asking Maralyn Sweet who posts on al if she could provide you with a photo, as Krishenda was the winning mare, thats if Sweet was there..will keep you posted if I see anything else.....regards..Sue.
PS. tell me which stud the mare was with at that time....and the results are missing for the year..AHS must have produced a loose leaf of those...Anyone Got it..please....1968 AHS Results....
Also, Anne, I'm after No.68 for someone else, shall I add you to my list incaseI get a couple, its one of those in shortage,just bought another very rare 70,71,& 72....Sue |
