I recently bought a 3yr old filly who is a real "dream-horse" and intended to show her at the Classic on Saturday. However, she's had a massive growth spurt, and is quite hippy and gangly - though ribs, neck etc well covered. What would you do - don't want to look daft taking her out

As you have paid the fees take her for the experience if you want to providing you are happy to be stood at the bottom of the line; someone has to be there! Just make sure she is looking the best you can get her and go and enjoy the day.
Good luck.

And you never know, there are only 5 entered (according to the order of judging), & you could do better than you think! |

Good luck on the day s.jade, I'm sure she'll look stunning, and if she doesn't win, just think about the horse you would prefer to take home, and I guess it will be your's!!! Above all, have fun!! |

When my colt was shown at the Classic last year he was the only one who turned up for the class so he won his class and qualified internationally! Have a great day.

Cheers Quite happy to be down the bottom (getting used to it) as long as we don't embarrass ourselves. Will take her along even if it ends up as just experiencing the atmosphere etc - guess it's all good for them! |

As you say, good experience for her, don't want her being too overawed when she goes to Paris, see you there!!!!
Just have a good day and enjoy yourselves.

Clare - will you be at Classic? Will show you her if so - kept her a little under wraps so far as have a feeling she may seems "ifferent" to some people - however she is JUST what I wanted |
