Could any of you knowledgable people out there find out how many registered fillies Aboud sired, how old they are and their names?.. I'd be happy to do the leg-work myself if someone tells me where to start!!

| Ideally, another Aboud daughter, younger than Rose Aboud, to come and join the happy gang at the end of the summer when my grazing is ready. Rose is in foal to Psynergy but she will be 20 by the time she has this one and is ready for a well deserved rest! I have everything crossed for a filly this time but another daughter to join the merry band would be fantastic!! |

I've also got an Aboud granddaughter on loan (out of Zaphelia) and a grandson (Rose's colt from last year)...
It's a sea of orange and white!! My farrier is already accusing me of cloning them

I had the priviledge of Diamond Star owning me Altho I didn't breed Aboud, I had a son of his and I have "one or two" half sisters of his
Mainly grey, bay and a very deep chocolate liver chestnut.
You would be more than welcome to come and see the "family" oh naturel!!!
Glad you adore your Aboud relations.
There are quite a few descendants in United Arab Emirates |

Hi Jude,
I would love to come and see your Aboudite's!! I have a great picture of Diamond Star being hacked out - he looked lovely and obviously knew it....
There are several young Aboud mares on the progeny list that Lynn gave me but when the owners name contains " SHEIKH " it's generally out of my price range!
By the way - the very deep chocolate liver chestnut you describe is the only colour filly that Rose Aboud is allowed to deliver me this summer - she's had her orders... (Another orange colt on its way then!)

Hi Karen -
The grey gelding I'm riding in signature photo is by Ibn Aboud out of Rose Bandola - I often wish he was a mare as I'd love to breed from him - I just adore him!!!!!!! Rose Bandola is still kicking about at Gillian's, as is Rose of Bernicia, who's got a yearling filly by Star of the Seasons, who's by Ibn Aboud out of Aureme.......... My mare, (other 2 photos) who's a grand-daughter of both Zabelia and Zaphelia, is in foal to Imperial Kamilll. Glad there are so many Aboudling fans about! |

Karen and Lisa,
Diamond was a very proud boy - his coat always had that glow to it (right up until the day he passed away) He was very much loved by all at Auchmillan and is greatly missed. He's the second photo along on my posting.
We are having an Open Day on Sunday 30th July (day after Malvern)all will be welcome. Details will follow later.
