Hi us again..lol thought I would give a quick update on my sisters horse Meg....Meg has been diagnosed with cushings recently and so is now on medication which is helping a great deal. Hopefully Kate with be out showing and jumping again next year but for now is just taking it easy with Meg and spoiling her rotten....xx |

Hi I have had meg (marbon meganne)for 9 weeks now and looking back at the photos from then she now looks completely different. Just goes to show with a bit of tlc how much they can change. I am really greatful to everyone who has posted with information on her as I knew so little. Now I have to get her fitness up as she was just as a field ornament, she has the sweetest nature and I could never be without her, I can honestly say she has found her forever home, she is being very spoilt :). Next year will be hoping to show so would be great to know where local ones are held :). Thanks again to everyone |

I don't post on al very often or even come on the forum much, but I've just seen this post. I also have a Marbon mare. Marbon medina. Lindora, Meg's mum, is Dina's grandmother. So glad meg has a forever home at last.
I'm not far at all from Southampton either. So can probably advise about shows with Arab classes if you pm me!

You'll be surprised how strong these Arabs can be when they build up their strength and great incentive to get in shape...though Easter hasnt helped me at all!! |

Lol no shes too small for me I prefer big cob types...plus I'm a tad overweight for her...the joys of children. I am hoping to lose some weight and get back in the saddle soon though. |

Hi just a quick update on Meg. She has really come on well and is starting to look like a healthy horse instead of the neglected horse she did 4 weeks ago. My sister kate has had to by her a new bridle and bit as the one she came with was too small and on Friday the saddler is bringing her a new saddle as her old one is no good. All in all she has had a small fortune spent on her but, as Kate said only the best for her Meggie..lol I will try and upload photos asap as I'm on my phone and it will not let me do it. Also is there any arab shows coming up in the South west as Kate would like to show her off. |

It might not be the right name for the owners, but the Danish spelling I have come across for this surname is Rasmussen, if that helps at all |

Megs son is in Denmark. Will try to find his owners name but think its something like Rassmeusen. Spelling may be wrong. He was sired by our boy Marbon Masadi. There may be a picture of him on All Breeds Pedigree. |

Forgot to add i have tried contacting Di to see if she wanted to come see meg. We are in Southampton so not too far from where she now lives I believe. |
