Ditto BHS, a solicitor would cost a fair bit and I am not sure it would make any difference on the detail or enforceability unless you could find a specialist in equestrian matters. You can adapt the basic BHS agreement to suit both parties. |

We have successfully used the BHS one, which we adapted slightly to suit. |

I would never again sign a loanagreement that wasnt done up by a solicitor... so I would recomend you to contact one and have them do it up for you, there are SO MANY pitfalls. |
