I would never again sign a loanagreement that wasnt done up by a solicitor... so I would recomend you to contact one and have them do it up for you, there are SO MANY pitfalls.

We have successfully used the BHS one, which we adapted slightly to suit.

Ditto BHS, a solicitor would cost a fair bit and I am not sure it would make any difference on the detail or enforceability unless you could find a specialist in equestrian matters. You can adapt the basic BHS agreement to suit both parties.
