Posted - 04 Jan 2011 : 05:03:31 AM That's the lady!! Doesn't her son ride Shah Pasha dressed as a World War I officer?
Lovely horse and met him once when she was driving through Gisburn Forest (very nice lady too) |

Posted - 03 Jan 2011 : 11:09:15 PM I wondered if it was this horse - we met them at the National Sidesaddle Show but I couldn't remember any names. They were brilliant! I think they were on AL around late summer/autumn 2009, possibly in a thread about Arabs doing sidesaddle. |

Posted - 03 Jan 2011 : 9:09:46 PM Oh crikey, I can't remember her name but she drives her two Arabs - one grey and one chestnut and her son competes side saddle and has won an awful lot.
Try contacting Daisy Shufflebottom at Holcombe Hunt Pony Club and she'll know who it was.
I've seen her and her son ride before - it's amazing to see.
If your friend has the photos, any chance of you posting them?
PS it's a very well bred gelding - people on here will definitely know the breeding but I'm having a senior moment and can't remember any names. I know I posted on here a couple of years ago to see if anyone remembered the horse |
