Posted - 11 Mar 2010 : 09:40:57 AM I think so - at pre-novice the judge doesn't ride and Thorowgoods look just like leather, so how would the judge ever know?
I once cleaned my friends Thorowgood Dressage Saddle with saddle soap after I had ridden her horse as I had no clue it wasn't leather Only found out when the soap didn't soak in lol! |

Posted - 11 Mar 2010 : 09:30:26 AM I prefer a leather saddle for showing but no idea if a synthetic is acceptable in pre-novice - there are some that look very like leather so???? I would go for a leather with a synthetic for everyday use.Not much help I know!! |
