Posted - 13 Jan 2010 : 9:56:19 PM After the heavy fall of snow in the night I decided it was time to get back in the saddle, so today I rode in the field and it was great fun. No slipping either. It was a breathe of fresh air after the past fortnight or so just turning out, getting in, feeding etc etc etc. Hope tomorrow will be the same! Who else has ridden in the snow? Diane

Posted - 14 Jan 2010 : 9:54:55 PM Hi Torey, She was very well behaved considering her time off, although I had loose schooled her in the arena several times. We had a few bucks but nothing major! It was so good to be back in the saddle. Tomorrow the roads may be ok if it continues to thaw.
