I tried to use the same on-line site for cost (so not necessarily the cheapest) and worked out the cost per month for an average sized horse (500Kg or less) based on the maintenance level. Obviously during the loading period and for larger horses, the cost will be more!
First off, vet administered and most highly rated (on equine forums):
