11. All horses, if referenced in Court were referenced by exhibit
numbers. No names were "read out in Court."
this suggests that the said person couldn't have know the horses names, yet the names this person said she heard in court corresponds with the horse's that you have mentioned in your post ? |

ETA: Barbara Gregory: the phone call between you and Evie Peel was recorded including the somewhat comforting comments you made wishing Evie luck for the future, and that you do not have an issue with Evie Peel, just her mother. Evie Peel also alerted you to the fact that many people were relying on false information which you conceded. As a point of clarity, Evie Peel was 10 years old when you sold your horses to Rachelle Peel. This is fact and can be verified.
I conceded that some of it could be "false information" as I have no first hand knowledge of what was said and what actually happened so I was in no position to call you a liar.
Is it legal to record a phone call without informing the person you have called that you are going to do so as I think it isn't? I have to assume that you phoned me hoping that I would say something that could be used against me in court. However, I was willing to listen and to hope that you would show some remorse but there was no trace of anything except your desire to draw a line under it all and start again, presumably with the same outcome. I was polite and corteous as I always try to be; you could learn a lesson from that instead of learning from your mother.
I know how old you were when the court case happened but I would have thought that you might have found out what happened to Tara before you rang me.
Can I please have the proof that Tara died of a brain tumour, she must have seen a vet or did you just assume that was what was wrong and stick her in a field to let nature take it's course?
I will seek legal advice about the recording of our phone conversation! |

The horses names WERE read out in court by the vet! How else would they have been known?
Barbara you should have been told the conversation was being recorded, then you could have 1) been happy with that and continued the conversation or 2) terminated the conversation there and then.
Companies have to tell you that calls are recorded so do individuals.......really do wish someone (aka Peel persons) would learn the various points of law in this country before they go spouting off in public forums

| Barbara-- recording a telephone conversation without informing you was definitely illegal.Nasty little Evie has just hopefully landed herself in more trouble by claiming to commit an illegal act on the internet. I hope the police pursue this. |

| Must have been a year ago it was in the Daily Mail as came up on my Facebook news feed. How they can sleep at night I don't know. How they can still have horses I find frightening. RSPCA definately not blameless in this but the main blame must be on the Peels. |

I know a few people on my friends list will be hard pressed to believe it. They think the RSPCA are gods gift to animals.

ETA: Your list spans a period of over twenty years. The problems with your list are:
1. It contains horses that do not and never have existed
2. It contains horses that were nothing to do with this case and nothing to do with me (some of these predate me being able to walk!)
3. It contains horses that I have already addressed (eg Dolly)
Re Item 1.
If your saying this list contains horses that do not and have never existed then you mother is an out and out liar because I can back up EVERY SINGLE horse from post's on here and elsewhere from your mother
Re Item 2.
I have never claimed they where involved in this court case but they all belonged to your family and most of the one's not involved either died pre court or were returned to their rightful owners, most with a story to tell
Re Item 3.
Yes, now they have been addressed THREE AND A HALF YEARS TOO LATE EVIE & RACHELLE |

| Agree, husband "poorly"?. Evil away at college with no care responsibility at all? Peel woman working full time? How could they run a "working farm" with so many sheep, horses and dogs = disaster, neglect for sheep, dogs and horses. By their own excuses they agree their guilt! |

I am still waiting for proof that Tara died of a brain tumour. Which vet did she see and when? Sorry, I just don't believe it; I am sure, like the others, she died of neglect.
