Need to put something on Ishara's neck when I travel her as she has taken to falling asleep whilst travelling and leans against the front bar swaying along it which leaves a very nasty rub by the time she gets to her destination. I'm making some changes to my lorry in the hope it will stop her leaning but this will take some time and in the meantime need something for her to wear. Used a different lorry last time and wasn't as bad but still rubbed a hole in her neck.
Any recommendations, I've seen a Roma make in Robinsons and Rideaway and both reviews say they come up too small. Ishara is 14.2 and quite chunky so would normally go for cob size.

My friends use the snuggy hoods on the small show ponies, she said the cheaper ones move too much, one of her ponies managed to get the thing to move so much it covered both her eyes and she panicked and fell over so she only uses the snuggy ones now, I have never used them so no idea how they fit.
Can you cover your bar with some padding? Arabi does a similar thing with the other end though, he rubs his bum on the back so gets bald spots either side of his tail, I cant cover mine as its just a strip of metal that sits on thhe back wall level with his bum |

The roma ones move too much. I had one and found my horse with it all twisted covering one eye. Ive not tried a snuggy hood but heard good things. I just use a full neck rug to keep his plaits clean now. If its her chest thats that gets rubbed from leaning against the bar what about just a bib? |

It's actually her neck just above her chest. I was going to get one that ends at the top of the neck rather than one that goes over her head so avoiding the eye dilemma. Will have a look a snuggy hoods and see if they do one like that. Thank you |
