Shared for owner of the horses.
In 2012 3 horses was sold to a breeder of Arabian horses and high level show dogs in Prague. Half of the Money is paid, the other half is not. Buyer was allowed to come and get the horses before the second half was paid because that seller was moving away and buyer promised to pay the other half within 2 weeks.
Except for a small payment in january 2012 seller haven`t received the money. A second contract was made before buyer came to the farm to get them that seller will keep the registration papers for ALL 3 horses until everything is paid for. Seller still have all the papers and will not release them unless she gets her Money. It has now been 2 years and 5 months since buyer was supposed to pay and no money has arrived.
There seller have to take actions. Seller asked to get two of the horses back as buyer has never paid for them but buyer refuses to give them back.
They are still in sellers ownership and is now considered stolen.
Seller has asked for pictures or proof for 2,5 years now, that buyer still has the horses in their care, but owner gets nothing. We don’t know if the horses are even there or still alive.
We know that this person made deals with other breeders in Europe and has a total of 6 horses, one of them being a grey Marajj daughter that they also purchased in Europe. If anyone knows of this horse and the former owner please let us know. We would like to get in contact with them.
A breeder in the UK sign a contract with same buyer for leasing of a mare and put this mare in foal, she never got paid and ended up with both mare and foal + breeding expenses.
Several breeders in Denmark held back horses up to more than 8 month for same buyer after signing contracts and getting promises for stableling costs during the period of time, they never got paid and ended up selling the horses to other breeders.
We need help, advise or assistance to how the owner get the horses back, we need local transports, local breeders that can take in the horses for a short period of time until correct traveling papers can be made for them to get back home.
We have no idea how things work in this country, and therefore help from breeders in this country will be highly appreciated.
Ecaho has been contacted, The organization in their country has been contacted, and no one can help.
Have you seen the horses or know anything about them please contact me or the owner:
The horses are:
Grey mare: Tabiha (wandro x sabena)
Grey mare: YS Emilsz Jamilah (Emiliusz x Lashara)
Grey stallion: YS Amir El Sid (El Sid x YS Sinans Amira)
