Hi. Welcome to AL. If you look on Sweet Photography at the Anglo classes that'll give you a good idea of dress/bridles. I used to own the BNC Anglo Arab Highlander. I also showed him in Riding Horse classes (potential). It depends on the build of your horse. Your horse could also be eligible for sports horse classes. If you can add some pics it'll give a better idea.
BabsR and Templars are very experienced Anglo producers; I hope I haven't put anyone's nose put of joint by singling out these two.

How exciting. I am not a professional by any means but you can do anything with an Anglo Arab (and PBA) so the world is your oyster.
Riding Horse, Hack or even Lightweight Hunter will depend on the build of your horse - and judges preference. I would just get him/her out to a few local shows to see what feedback you get from judges on suitable classes. Riding Horse is a safe starting point - if he or she is considered to light the judge will advise you to go for hack classes.
If he or she likes jumping could do Riding Club Horse as well.
And most importantly dont forget to enter the Anglo and Partbred classes at all the Arab Shows - provided you are not competing against me!!
I agree that photos on Sweet Photography is easiest way of getting ideas on tack but in my experience a good horse will win regardless of tack. I showed my PBA greyed out palomino at Midland Arabian Festival in a plain pelham bridle, GP saddle with brown numnah and she was clipped out due to cushings and was not even plaited and she came third in a very big class. As long as they are clean and tidy a good judge will be just looking for movement and behaviour.
