After only 4 weeks riding off and on today was the first time we had a little canter in the field! We are not that fit - in fact Laddie is quite the tubby one.
We are going for a leisurely 26K Primrose PR as def'not fit enough for more yet.
We are restricted to lanes until the weather improves so Ice, snow,sleet and gales have really mucked up our winter. Is there anyone else out there who has had similar fitness setbacks this year?
At least the sun shone today.
