Hi Tricia, I see you have your technical difficulties sorted, whoop! Now I'm having problems with my phone. Typical!
Anyway, after our long conversation on the phone (and thank you so much for helping me make the right decision) I got the dogs, the rescue whippets mother and daughter. They are wonderful and I adore them. Go see pics of them on my dog clicker training thread in Tea and Coffee or on my FB! Let me know what you think of them I know you were dying to hear when and if I decided to go for them.
Please let me know what you think, but not via text lol, as phone kaput atm!

Yes, I got my difficulties sorted and already commented on your dogs, they look adorable.
Yes, its true, I have a very keen interest in hearing of any animal who finds themselves a forever loving home.
They will reward you, tenfold.
Now, technical difficulties. The new Broadband and phone line due for installation on 9th July did not happen. The existing Broadband and phone, due for disconnection on 13th July, was a couple of days early. The net result was no Broadband, and no phone. I resolved it by having the old Broadband reinstated, and of course a new contract, so I will soon have two Broadband services and two telephone services. Seems a bit unnecessary to have two services, but I have come to the decision that they are all so c**p that its worth the extra cost to have two, so that I have back up in the event, or certainty, that one will fail at some point. This mayhem was aggravated by the untimely arrival of the nice representative from the Mobile phone company who had sent along a nice chap who brought the THIRD replacement Blackberry. Now, whilst I accept coincidence as a possibility, I'm thinking that if I have now had 3 replacement phones, all with the same fault, then it could just be a fault with the phone, and not a coincidence, who knows, but, when they suggest a 4th replacement to resolve the problems, at least I will have two land lines on which to sit and wait for hours on end to get them to resolve the problem.
Further more, due to the lack of phone and broadband, I was unable to order the nice waders, which are now an essential item to cope with this years summer.
But, you are quite right, for now, my technical difficulties are resolved, unless I want to use my Mobile phone, in which case, its a bit hit and miss; which is in complete contrast to what will happen if they don't resolve it ...... it will be hit, and no miss.

Phew that did sound technical and difficult! 
Mine is a lot simpler, charge lead broken, phone dead, buy new charge lead
At least we can keep in touch here, FB and on landline, but will text you when mob up and running again.
With all this flash flooding at the yard I've been digging ditches all around the concrete and it brought back memories of us doing it already. Was that last summer you were here and we dug those drainage ditches or was it the summer before?? That's terrible I can't recall one year from another, old age eh!

I think it was allot longer ago than last summer. And on the subject of flooding, been allot of water under the bridge since then.

Ah must have been summer before last, goes so fast! Was a lot of fun though and at least they lasted 2 years! We must have done a pretty good job on them
Got new phone cable will text you in a bit as I need some advice about paddocks and I know you're expert on them as we've spoke endlessly about them in the past.
