Just to let you know that the Performance Horse Awards list is up on the AHS website - under Shows and Events then click Competitions.
Congratulations to all who took part. Lots of Endurance, Show Jumping and Dressage! Winners will be invited to Malvern to receive their rosettes.
2012 cards and rules are available to download. Horses must be registered with the Arab Horse Society and owned by, and registered to, a member of the AHS. Not too late for this year.
Just to say that the 2011 PHA results were announced at the AGM last Saturday and are now up on the AHS website. Look under 'Shows and Events' click on 'Competitions' and then on 'Performance Horse Awards'.
Congratulations to all who took part. The first 10 in each section, including the lone Anglo Arab (where are you all)? will be invited to Malvern to collect their rosettes and strut their stuff.
There was a good entry in the Pure Breds - mainly endurance - but, as above, only one Anglo and several Part Breds. Dressage and show jumping were the other popular disciplines. Altogether there were about 40 cards returned - can we make it 50 this year?
Cards and rules can be downloaded from the AHS website. Most ridden disciplines gain points but in hand does not! The competition is free but the horse owner needs to be an AHS member and the horse must be registered in an AHS studbook, with correct ownership shown on the registration document. The competition runs until 31st December 2012
