We've bred 4 sets of full siblings over the years, its always really interesting to see how similar or not they are both physically and in temperament.
Here's our present set !
By Imad (Golder Cavalier/Ivory Wings) out of Augusta (Rheingolde/Fairy Ring)
Elegancia 5 yo mare and Gabriel Oak 3 yo colt
Be good to see some more

There is a whole ruddy tribe of Felix's and Spud's full siblings as Ffatal and Alysia have been husband and wife for many years. There's Ffoenix and Affiffa and Tempting Ffate and Fflirtation and more... Felix is the last of them. It's all that Delyth's fault
This is Felix:
This is Spud:
They are similar in a lot of ways but very different in others. Felix may have inherited the family braincell for one - he's quite a studious little chap whereas Spud is away with the fairies and the pretty lights. |

I only ever had one pair of full siblings and they were Palomino part breds, didn't look that much alike apart from colour (although even then one was clearer than the other), had different markings, they were different heights and different temperaments too. I have two purebred half siblings and they are like chalk and cheese, both take after their sires, they are the light grey and the chestnut in my signature. |

Esther, I love all the pink, where did you get that bridle from!!
I have in the past breed full siblings, 1 was small and fine and the other was well, like I could have shown him from the day he was born. both looked the same though, |

I have had quite a few full siblings from Blue coloured cob/Tb and Tosca Trak/Arab and I must say they have mostly been different except from the beautiful temperaments, her first foal was the yearling skewbald in my pics then she had a chestnut filly, a grey colt born chestnut, we put her to a black Welsh D and she had a grey filly born black then once more with her hubby and had another grey colt! Mikka and Magic are her two first foals and are inseparable but they look nothing alike, Magic is feisty and a very forward going ride where as Mikka is laid back. It's also really nice that I have the opportunity to watch TJ her last foal grow up as he is being kept at the same yard |

Lovely pics and great vid of the stallion brothers, aren't the sweet together.
Ishara is half sister to Shida but couldn't be more different although sometimes she can remind me of Shida. |
