Has anyone got any goals for next year? horsey or non horsey?
Mine are to find a nursing job. Prob going to have to look further afield to north of england as there are NONE in scotland, or at least ones willing to take on newly qualified. Or find a job of any sort as got feeling nursing job situ is going to get alot worse.
Get my youngster to a few shows
Back him at end of year.
Keep accident prone elderly mare in bubble wrap no matter how much she protests.

Good luck with your goals for 2012 Vik1.
My aims/goals for 2012 are to bring Psyrios Contender MWA (Connor)out under saddle (showing and dressage).
Would love to get Rose Alba in-foal to him?
And Michelle wants to compete more with Shahir Neesaan (Bertie)in probably x-country and show jumping.
Hope all our horses have a happy and healthy 2012.
On a personal front, I want to move home. |

Hi Vik1, I don't suppose you fancy coming to East London? We are looking for a practice nurse, offering training and there is a chance to do a practice nurse degree with Newham and City University (advertised on NHSjobs), we can not get nurses for love nor money! Back to your original post I am hoping to move house to have my girlies at home. Sabine |

My aims are to show Flash as a two year old and to take him to Malvern in July. I may look at doing my assistant practitioner course which would put me on a par with the Practice Nurses at our surgery.Don't know if it is feasable to do it 'in house'.
Just looking forward to the Spring and have more light and warmth to play with our horses. May buy another GSD puppy....company for Ella. Good luck to everyone with your plans. |

On the work front, I have requested to reduce my hours to 30 per week from April but I haven't heard from my manager/HR yet.
I'll continue hacking Roger & doing pleasure rides, continue Chips' education and back him next autumn with a view to gentle hacking and maybe a few Interdressage walk& trot tests when he's ready.
What I'd really lime to do (sad, I know) is to find one or more of Chips' baby teeth - as I've several of Roger's and I like the mementos #58372;
