If you are talking about sig pictures, you can do it the same way you do it when posting pictures in a post, by adding them to the signature field in your profile. Sig pictures have size and number restrictions, explained here. If you are talking about an avatar, that needs to be done by an admin.
In either case, I can do it. You just need to pm the picture(s) you want to use and I will take care of it.
