Yesterday was one of the saddest of my life, after 20 years together I had to say my final farewell to my beautiful part-bred mare Ellie (Magic Elf).
It was this lovely lady who started my love affair with the breed and words cannot describe the hole in my life now she has gone.
I hope now she will be free of pain and galloping around the fields above, waiting for her dad to join her.
Rest in peace my angel, you will live on in my heart until we meet again.

So so sorry, I had this heartache earlier in year from a mare I owned for 19 years, it's very hard.
Treasure your memories as you will always have those to keep of her.

So very sad to hear you have lost your beloved Ellie. She will have left you with many precious and cherished memories of the many years you shared together.
When you feel low, just recall her beauty in your mind`s eye and you will see her again, and celebrate the good times, for there were many
