Ill be going one day, shopping is proberly more with privates or monthly sales for me... besides got one new mare this year and send of enquiries for an OLD stallion.... but your right there are some lovely classic Polish mares... and not to forget lovely young Celsjusz.... allso a lot that wont ever be Polish in my eyes though.
The yearling fillies look good this morning. What a pitty they cant get their act together with the score card obscuring the pictures, especialy on the run in with the next horse.

It is always the same - never enough money. There are two Eukalyptus daughters in the sale and if I only had the money. Saying that the prices last year were quite down. In the silent sale there were even a couple for around £4000 - not that I have £4000 spare but not a bad prize. I am invited by a German breeder of Polish Arabians to join her in September for the autumn show and sale in Janow - tempting but so much going on here and I might be in Germany instead. But one day I will go. Not to buy, just to look. That is at least the version for Doug.
I know far too well.... there are so many lovely classic Polish horses, and the silent sales does offer some lovely horses nearly as cheap as the monthly sales... however if the stallion is avaible for purchase I will have to keep every penny in my pocket
I too love Eukaliptus (who could possibly not)... and am lucky enough to have a fantastic yearling filly by one of the very few CA clear Eukaliptus sons.
Im hoping I can go in 2013 as next year will be dedicated to Champ working.
