Its amazing that this time last year I was down the stables watching this Is was ovious from the start he was going to be a big boy Later that day we let him out But it was all to much Then at around 4months we went to check them in the morning and he was badly lame so vet was phoned. She checked the bottom of his foot for an abscess and nothing so we rushed him into dyffryn tywi to get an xray. xray was clear but fluid was found on the tendon sheath, the vets found a tiny puncure wound and have put it down to a hawthorn needle. next few days dannys pastern was flushed but no improvement so they decided to operate. Thanks to phillippha and lisa from dyffryn tywi and oliver from bushy vets the operation work. They found the infection has started spreading towards the navicular joint but they stopped it in time, and a week after the op I took him home :D While he was at the vets First time out in 3 weeks Some pics of him growing up With socks his best friend So i rolled in it what do i do now Coming round after being gelded First walk new rug with bertie hairy boy with his half brother zephyr (whos 3) Practising for the summer shows Think he worked to hard lol and sunday my beautifull boys Happy Birthday Baby boy xxxxxx
