my little 11 month old chap was gelded yesterday,he had to stay overnight as he bled more than expected, when i phoned last night they said he sure has a good pair of lungs,,, rather vocal ,,lol went to pick him up today, he was in the big barn with all the huge horses, he looked so sad. im sure he thought i had passed him on. so i called him, and his little head came around and he gave me a lovely nicker,, when i went in with him he placed his head in my arms, what a lovely guesture from him,, then just like one of the big boys he walked out to our trailer walked straight in and munched his hay, then walked off calmly the other end,,, this was his 1st time alone in the trailer,, what a fantastic little chap he is, showing his real thinking side already . looking forward to doing more with him in next few weeks,,,

Aww! Hope he mends quickly. We had our 11mnth partbred Trakehner colt cut last week and he is fine now no swelling at all, I was pleasantly surprised! he's running around playing as usual now, I think that has something to do with the fact he has his herd and although he has been weaned he is still close to his Dam, and now I am so pleased that he will be staying at the yard as Martins brother is having him we can watch him grow up along with his half sisters who belong to friends and family, Tosca's legacy lives on |

Aw bless him. He thought his mummy had abandoned him. I know that feeling from when Diva had her op.
He must be glad to be back at his lovely home. Very lucky horse for your paths to have crossed that fateful day at the sale. I am sure he is going to repay you in bucketloads. Debs x |
