As says in post we are looking for transport from caerphilly to either swindon or straight to newforest area
This is for the very old arab mare from my previous post and need to transport asap prefably this weekend so we can start to fatten this poor old girl up we dont have enough funds to pay a transport firm so hoping someone here is in wales that can help out
from caerphilly to swindon seems to be 77 miles please can someone do this journey i have an offer from swindon to me so just need the first half covered now ????
come on guys this old girl needs to move prefably this weekend to a better life if the worst comes to the worst anyone know of any transporters that dont charge the earth ? i dont want to use donations on transport if i can help it she will need these for her vet bills and feeding
i will post an update monday after vet has been well that if my dongle dont run out by monday if it does bear with me i will update will have to e-mail pics as still struggling with this laptop to load pics thank you all who helped x
the mare has been moved but not to me yet due to transport problems at the last minute we were unable to move her to me but she has gone to stay with a lovely person till transport can be sorted i need to find some more money now due to her being moved slightly further away than she was before so till i can find some more funds she has to stay where she is i am going to get someone to put up a couple of pics so you can all see what she looks like any one ho wants to know anything else please pm me thank you guys for helping her so far
Alison thankyou so much i am waiting for a quote back from someone to see how much more it will cost i would think an extra £100/150 but wont know for sure hoping i hear back soon why does nothing ever go to plan
we would not travel all this way if not fit to travel i am looking into her having a stop gap so its broken up a bit have her best interests only at heart she has had to move further up into camarthen kate due to transport problems ? !
I am completely confused (nothing unusual there!) but Carmarthen is the complete opposite direction from where she was (Caerphilly) to where she was going (New Forest/Swindon)? Why did she travel west instead of east?
She had to be rescued immediately Kate, and she is with the girl who posted about her initially. As there is a logistics problem this is giving her a safe Haven. I only ask if she's fit to travel now because I know she was not in a good place, I just wondered if she may benefit from a bit of TLC I know that her best interests are at your heart, but sometimes with the best intentions in the world, when you have had time to assess them properly you can see what you could not before. No criticism intended Smiler. The main thing, on which we all agree is the wellbeing of this old mare
yes the well being of course is paramount which is why i am trying to sort transport to a stop gap then onto me i have donations towards travel and i am trying to sort this out we will get there in the end
would also add i'm looking forward to people coming to see her once she is here holyhill has exspressed interest in visiting and anyone else is welcome to visit once she has arrived and take pics too
