Well done, she looks absolutely fab!
What a horrible long wait you had to go in. There are advantages to dressage you know, you have a time to go in and then it is all over in 3.5 minutes! Also not so much brushing and titivating to do
As for being best ride of the day - very well done! |

Thank you all for your kind comments, it is largely down to the people who look after her (Arron and Lou most days), and to Nancy who produced her in the first place. Arron has helped her improve since the snow has gone,as she hadn't been ridden since last July. Hard to believe she was six just two weeks ago. I just give her cuddles and scratch her when she has an itch. (and I drove her there, by box, not horse & cart)
I sat on her for the first time about three weeks ago, she is different to any arab I have ever ridden, as she is that bit bigger and so smooth, a bit like going from a GTI to an Audi A6.
As for Dressage Offira, we went to the same show ground last weekend for Dressage and our class was over two hours late starting and we had to abandon the second test as we would have been there til 9pm which is too much for two horses to stand around on a box, as there is no grazing or stables for visitors at the place. It is still a very good venue, up and coming.
Better put the record straight, I thought it was Arrons second showing show, but it was his third, he came second here last year on Fharida, four weeks after backing her. He normally does show jumping and backs horses, last year he backed over 80 cobs at the yard he was working at, bareback as they don't have 80 saddles, so he has a good seat |

Lovely, I really enjoyed that clip - your mare went beautifully, no wonder you're so proud, and Arron is a super pilot! Very well done to all involved. |
