Oh I am very sad indeed to read that Simon has passed away. I never had the pleasure of meeting Simon but he was clearly a very lovely man. What a difficult time for you Susan. Stay strong. To have been able to share your life and your passion for Arabians with Simon must have been a great priviledge. I hope the posts on A/L bring you some strength and support and of course your beloved Arabians...If anything can help you through difficult times it is them. Thinking of you. Kirsty |

I sat near Simon at HoCoN this year and he looked so relaxed and at ease with life - I made a mental note to try and be more like him. Little did I know the worries he must have had within. So, so sad, he seemed such a lovely man. RIP Simon. |

Such a lovely man and kindness that came so natural. My lads ( grown up now ) always remember playing cards with him at Malvern . He will be really missed . Our thoughts are with Susan & family , losing someone very special and so well liked is such a terrible loss.

Although only having met them once, they were truly an amazing a devoted couple. RIP Simon, I am so sorry the battle has been lost. Wishing Suzie all the strength she now needs, thinking of you. |
