Does anyone know anything about this mare, if she ever was shown etc, she was by Mr Suntan x Lakeland Golden Starlight, so could have been palomino, she's on allbreeds as a British Riding Pony, also her daughter Coltshill Shimmering Star by Raffiti (Donax x Soloe) born 1983.

According to PBAR Vol XXIII she is the dam of
Colts Hill Shimmering Star Pal/Gr, filly, 1983, Breeder Mrs V. Curtis.
She is named as Cowper Sun Star |

This is a grandson of her's that has her twice in his pedigree. Her daughter Sun Sheitane (by Numizmat) is alive and kicking (so to speak) and situ in France.
The picture absolutely does not do Charly justi!! He is absolutely beautiful and a great stud (located in Belgium and available via frozen semen). |
