Well Babs it is with great pride and honour I can post that Louise Graham riding Antsar Law (50% arab, Criminal Law/Maria Bint Lavado) won your Sunray Scelebrity Trophy for Best Owner Ridden and Produced Anglo Arab. Having bred mainly for the family to ride and produce, I hadn't realised to the extent I would feel such pride and be so thrilled when an Antsar horse/pony does so well with another owner, I knew I would be pleased but it's fantastic.

Huge congrats to you with your homebred boy Anstar Law winning our Scelebrity Trophy,Hazel.

We know Louise Graham very well as she purchased Sunray Schanelle from us some years back Louise clearly likes her greys as Ellie was grey and the foal Louise bred from her was grey. as is your boy

This year we presented The Sunray Scelebrity Memorial Trophy for the Supreme in hand, and whilst she did not win it, Lesley Wilkie did come 2nd reserve Supreme.... so our wonderful old boy...gone but never ever will be forgotten did us proud at the Show

Congrats to Linda Alexandroff on the 2nd placing of her 3yr old filly Petite Etoille (out of Sunray Sincerity) at the Cherif and to taking the Anglo/PBA Championship at BSHA Championships last week.....good results for Scilla`s final outings in Youngstock classes.

Look forward to seeing her contending the Ridden classes at the Cherif
and who knows, maybe one year, claim the Supreme Championship as did her sibling bro Apres Nous in 2003

Babs I knew you were going so I was hoping to suprise you there with her! Such a shame you couldnt make it and I do hope Tony is better now. Purdie was an absolute delight to show and she had her ears *****ed the whole time. It was lovely to have people I dont know come up to me after my classes and say that they thought I should have been higher placed (I had the same with my yearling colt too) - but that is showing for you!
It was my first time at the Cherif Champs and it was a lovely show, very well run. Everyone was so helpful and polite and always seemed to have a smile on their face. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to going back next year.

Just heard from Lianne Wilson Owner/|Rider of Royal Extravaganza AASB
(Sunray Scelebrity/Royal Spring) They had a disappointing result in Class C when Dennis was unsettled and did not make the evening finals

However, congratulations on his second placing in the Large Hack Class. Good luck at HOYS Lianne and hopefully you have a good day there with Dennis rising to the occasion as we know he can

I've always wanted to go to this show and actually made it this year. As most of my friends are into endurance but not showing I usually end up going to shows on my own but thanks to Lesley and Ken I had a lovely day and had the added bonus of seeing her lovely mare Pendley Simplicity do so well. Unfortunately I didn't stay to watch the evening ridden performance as I had a long journey home and horses at home to see to, but pleased to see on or two of the horses I picked out did really well. Lovely show, lovely horses and a real showcase for the PBA & Anglo's.

I have been going to watch at this show for about 5 years and it just gets better and better every year. This year was outstanding the atmosphere was wonderful and the organisation is well beyond me. The pony that retired had all in tears - what a send off.

The standard is unbelievable, where else would you see so many top class animals in one place.

Thank you Lynda Sue and Tina

Exactly Micky.....the quality of ponies and horses were equal to, if not even better, than the best seen at the hallowed HOYS.....and all contained Arabian Blood....just cannot do better than adding a percentage of Arab blood into the pedigree, to produce the ultimate Showhorse/Pony

The Cherif is one of the best Shows in the Country without doubt, thanks to the dedication of Lynda, Sue and Tina...Great Show Girls and a huge thank you
