ive got a very good trust between me an my horses, i find that helps. im very confident and positive with them, i like to think that helps them man up lol
Mason has been horse whisperer twice before i got him, i just been takin it slow, bombproofing, new experiences etc pocket full of yummies an patience, i shook an umbrella at him today, opened and closed it etc first time an he just looked at me like im daft so im very pleased.
patience and a positive, confident attitude works for me.
show your horse your a strong leader, so they choose you to lead them. if that makes sense. |
