Hi could anyone recommend a good vet in the Hampshire area? We are N Ireland, but a friend of mine has just bought a horse in that area...not sure where in Hampshire exactly so sorry I can't be more specific? She would want a very thorough 5* vetting, probably scans, the works as this horse is very expensive!!! Not an Arab either I must add....ah well...her loss!! Thanks in advance for any suggestions/recommendations!

It would depend where in Hampshire your friend is.
Endells is excellent for one end and Liphook is excellent for the other end! Both have very good reputations and certainly recommend both, especially Liphook but thats because they are my vets! |

Upham is VERY near Vera and me, so Liphook and Endell are still good choices. My friend uses Murrey Shotter of Shotter and Byers and can't speak highly enough of him (think she has a bit of a crush on him to be honest) They do a lot of work with competition horses, they're in Surrey, but this area is in their catchment. Have a look at their website for more info. |
